1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the CITY LINK mobile application, website, content and related services (together, the "Services"). CITY LINK is operated by Sayyad Aawes Sayyad Akram, a sole proprietor based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India ("CITY LINK", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the CITY LINK Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use account-based features or the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Eligibility and children

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to accept these Terms. If you are below the age at which you can independently consent to the relevant processing or enter into these Terms, use of applicable features must be supervised or authorised by a parent or legal guardian as required by law. Certain features may have additional age or eligibility restrictions. We may restrict features where required to protect children or comply with law.

3. Account registration and security

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating or maintaining an account and update it when it changes.
• Choose a username that you are entitled to use. Usernames must not impersonate another person, infringe rights, contain unlawful or abusive material, or mislead other users.
• Account credentials are personal to you. Keep passwords and verification codes confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to meet applicable legal obligations.
• We may require verification, restrict registration or suspend suspicious activity to protect accounts and the Services.

4. Login, account recovery and deletion

Login methods and recovery options may include username, registered email address or mobile number where those methods are made available. You must keep access to your registered contact details. Password-reset or verification codes are confidential and must not be shared.

You may request account deletion through the in-app account settings or the public account-deletion page: https://citylinkzone.com/account-deletion/. Deletion is subject to the process and limited retention exceptions described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting the app from your device does not itself delete your account.

5. Permitted use

You may use CITY LINK for lawful personal, non-commercial access to available news, live events, cricket-related content, replays, match photographs, podcasts, films, educational material, event updates, profiles and social features, subject to these Terms and any feature-specific conditions.

6. User content and responsibility

"User Content" means material you upload, submit, publish, transmit or make available through the Services, including profile photographs, biographies, posts, comments, photographs, videos and messages.

• You retain ownership of User Content to the extent you own it or otherwise hold the necessary rights.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions and consents needed to submit and share User Content, including consent from identifiable people where required.
• You must not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, deceptive, infringing, malicious or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not upload another person's private information, image, voice or personal data without a lawful basis or required permission.
• You must not upload malware, attempt to compromise the Services, manipulate engagement metrics or interfere with other users' access.

7. Licence to operate the Services

When you submit User Content, you grant CITY LINK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, transmit and make that content available solely as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure and promote the Services and the features you choose to use. This licence continues for as long as the content remains on the Services and for a limited period in backups or records where necessary for security, legal compliance or dispute resolution. This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to CITY LINK.

You can remove content using available controls, where provided. Removal may not immediately remove copies already shared by other users, cached by third parties or retained in protected backups for a limited lawful period.

8. Community standards and prohibited conduct

• Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Do not harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, discriminate against or encourage violence toward others.
• Do not publish unlawful, defamatory, obscene, exploitative, hateful or privacy-invasive material.
• Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, performers' rights, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.
• Do not spam, run scams, manipulate likes/views/followers, scrape user data or send unsolicited bulk messages.
• Do not bypass security, reverse engineer or disrupt the app, APIs, servers, storage or streaming systems except where applicable law permits.
• Do not use the Services to promote illegal activities or distribute malware, phishing links or harmful code.

9. News, live streams, sports and third-party content

CITY LINK may publish or make available news, interviews, event coverage, live streams, cricket-related content, replays, podcasts, films and educational content. Content may be subject to rights-holder permissions, schedules, geographic restrictions, platform rules or technical availability. We do not guarantee that any particular stream, event, replay or item will remain available at all times.

Some content may be embedded, hosted or delivered by third-party services, including video platforms. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. CITY LINK is not responsible for independent third-party services, but this does not limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Intellectual property

The CITY LINK name, branding, logos, app design, software, original editorial material and other materials owned by CITY LINK are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or create derivative works from these materials. Rights in third-party content remain with their respective owners.

If you believe content on CITY LINK infringes your copyright or other rights, contact citylinkapp247@gmail.com or use the copyright complaints page with your identity and contact details, the specific content URL or description, the right you claim is infringed, supporting information and the action requested. We may request additional information before acting.

11. Moderation, reports and enforcement

We may review, restrict, remove or disable access to content or accounts where we reasonably believe there is a breach of these Terms, a safety risk, a rights complaint, unlawful activity, security abuse or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal or raise a grievance. We are not required to monitor every item of content before it is published.

Users should report suspected unlawful content, impersonation, harassment, copyright infringement or security issues using in-app reporting tools where available, or by contacting citylinkapp247@gmail.com. We will review reports in accordance with applicable law and our operational procedures.

12. Likes, comments, sharing and profiles

Social features are provided to support interaction between users. You must use likes, comments, follows, account search and sharing respectfully and lawfully. Do not use these features to spam, harass, expose private information or evade another user's privacy or blocking choices. Content shared with another user may be copied, saved or further shared by that recipient.

13. Availability, changes and beta features

We aim to keep the Services available and functioning, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous access. Features may be updated, suspended, modified or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, rights-related or operational reasons. Some features may be experimental or unavailable on certain devices or versions.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and content are provided on an "as available" basis. News, educational and informational material is provided for general information and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial or other specialised advice. Users should independently verify information before relying on it.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability or suitability of all user-submitted or third-party content. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CITY LINK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Services, including loss of data, profits or opportunity, where such exclusion is legally permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Any other limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses, claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your breach of these Terms or your infringement of another person's rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from CITY LINK's own breach of law or obligations.

17. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, serious or repeated breaches, legal compliance or protection of users. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide reasons and a route to raise a grievance or appeal. Termination does not remove rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

18. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the CITY LINK Privacy Policy, available at https://citylinkzone.com/privacy-policy/ and within the app. The Privacy Policy forms part of the information governing your use of the Services.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, business operations or applicable law. We will publish the updated Terms with a revised date and provide notice or obtain acceptance where required. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws and the jurisdiction of competent authorities, courts at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. Nothing in this clause removes rights available to consumers under applicable law.

22. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any clearly presented feature-specific terms, form the agreement governing your use of the Services.
